What We read today is Valmiki Ramayana! The most authentic one.

Why do I call this an authentic one does that mean other version are wrong No! it is the duplicate version with many narratives included and many excluded.

Many great Sages have written Ramayana in different time and yuga.

But great saga Valmiki is the first writer of Ramayana, who wrote Ramayana before even the story of Ramayana completed in real life. Means Ramayana (Story of Rama's Life) was being Written by Valmiki From Birth to Death Even when Rama was Alive.

He wrote down all the incidents of Rama's life before it actually happened because Valmiki was able to see future.

There is another parable that lord Hanuman also wrote his own Ramayana, however Valmiki had to to convince lord Hanuman that Ramana should only by written by human devotee, not by lord aur incarnation of lord. Hence, lord Hanuman had to discard to his version of Ramayana which was far superior to Valmiki's Ramayana.
